November through February is the ideal time of year to visit Dubai. With sea temperatures of 23°C and 10 hours of sunlight on average every day, it is the ideal location for winter sun.
September is the smartest month to visit Dubai. Because Europeans and Britons choose the Mediterranean for its sun, hotel costs and airfare have fallen sharply. The high season, which runs from December through February and peaks around Christmas, can cause hotel rates to increase from October through New Year's gradually.
